Patient Information

Find information for your appointment, your treatment, and for Coastal Orthopedics below. For specific questions or concerns, please contact our office and a team member will be happy to help.

Examination and Treatment

Questions will be asked about your medical history and present injury. The physician will examine you and may ask for x-rays. X-rays can be conveniently taken in our office. Casts and splints support and protect injured bones and soft tissue, reducing pain, swelling, and muscle spasm. Casts are custom-made in the office by your doctor or an assistant.

Please calculate in advance when you may need a refill on medication prescribed by us. Call the office Monday thru Friday 10:00 am- 2:00pm and have your pharmacy telephone number available.

Please note: Prescriptions will NOT be refilled on evenings or weekends.

Medical Records and Forms

Often times when injured you will need to have paperwork completed from your disability insurance company, or FMLA paperwork from your employer to cover a leave of absence. Please bring the paperwork to the Beverly office or arrange to have it faxed to 978-927-0443. Completion of these forms is usually done in less than one week.

Medical records may be released upon completion of a medical authorization.
